Young single people aged 18-25 with support needs who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Local connection not required. 24 bed spaces available. 13 direct access and 12 in the Transition Hub (Multiple Complex Needs).

Single homeless people with medium to high support needs. Can accept people with alcohol/drug support needs, mental health needs, ex-offenders and rough sleepers. Must have local connection to Ealing. Can accept some dogs.

People with high support needs who are keen to engage, address their support needs and move on towards independent living. Must have a Hammersmith & Fulham connection. Will consider one person with a dog.

Single homeless people, including those with stable mental health issues, recovering addicts/alcoholics, ex offenders and those on bail. Local connection prioritised.
