These recordings are for frontline staff of homelessness organisations who are looking to build on their knowledge, skills and understanding of supporting people with challenging behaviours.

Information on factors that impact on staff wellbeing, including burnout, vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue and moral injury. Guidance is also provided on how staff can look after themselves, and what support homelessness services should offer to their staff.

These resources are aimed at ensuring frontline staff receive person-centred support, in a psychologically informed way, including guidance on 1:1 meetings and inductions.
