Equity, Diversity & Inclusion in Leadership: creating a culture of inclusion

Part of our Leadership Support programme, this 2.5 hour webinar recording on equity, diversity & inclusion in leadership gives managers, senior leaders and CEOs from voluntary community homelessness sector organisations an opportunity to look at :

• the importance of inclusion;
• why it matters;
• what an inclusive leader looks like;
• and how bias has an impact on professional decision-making.

There will also be a chance to look at patterns of disadvantage/systemic inequality and strategic interventions to address this.

The session was delivered by our EDI partner Agnes Fletcher. Agnes has 30 years’ executive and consultancy experience of delivering equality outcomes in the public, private and third sectors.
