1) Psychologically Informed Management: Your First Steps
Half day
This interactive session welcomes you into the programme, offering space to connect with peers and explore what it means to manage in the context of homelessness services. Together, we’ll unpack the unique pressures of the role, introduce psychologically informed management (PIM), and set personal intentions for growth and learning.
2) EDI: Shaping Inclusive Culture
Full day
This course is designed to help you build the confidence, insight, and practical tools to create a more inclusive, respectful, and psychologically safe team culture.
You’ll explore the impact of bias, discrimination, and workplace harm - and develop everyday strategies that foster equity, belonging, and trust.
This training supports you to take meaningful action as a manager - helping all staff feel respected, understood, and able to thrive in their roles.
3) Staff Supervision Skills
Full day
This course supports you to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to lead supervision that is reflective, relational and psychologically informed - using tools and approaches that promote safety, growth and connection, helping staff feel understood, motivated, and supported to thrive.
4) Psychologically Informed Communication

Strengthen your ability to communicate with empathy, clarity and confidence - even in the most challenging situations. This practical, psychologically informed course will support you to build emotionally safe team relationships, navigate difficult conversations with care, and speak with purpose and confidence in your role - even when under pressure.
5) Stepping Forward: From Reflection to Action
