This course will develop your understanding of strategies to prevent and address anti-social behaviour (ASB), including how to empower clients to manage their behaviour and acquire skills for social living.

For managers and frontline staff in the homelessness and supported housing sector.
What will you learn?
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Explain what anti-social behaviour (ASB) is and recognise its root causes
- Deliver services in a way that prevents and or minimises ASB
- Employ informal tools to tackle ASB effectively
- Evaluate and apply the most suitable legal responses.
- Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary approach with statutory agencies to address ASB comprehensively
How will it be delivered?
This one-day course can be booked for a team of up to 16 for in-person training or up to 20 for online training.
If you need something different, we can tailor the course delivery to suit you, with some potential adjustments in cost.

Non-members: £1,400
Members: £990
Please note, if you're opting for in-person training, the expenses of the trainer (e.g. travel to your location) will be added to your invoice.
