This course covers key issues in tenancies and licenses, including sham agreements, anti-social behavior policies, housing-related support, possession grounds and process, and rights concerning tenant belongings. It provides essential knowledge, skills, and confidence for enforcing occupancy agreements, and can be adapted for staff supporting clients facing enforcement actions.

  • Have discussed what makes notices valid and describe the stages of the possession process.
