A well-managed change can have a significant impact upon organisational performance as well as the health and well-being of staff, by promoting a culture in which people feel engaged, included and valued.

This training will provide participants with the opportunity to explore the change process, consider the difference between leading and managing change, and understand how to genuinely engage and support staff in times of change. Delegates will have the opportunity to reflect on their current practice and develop their toolbox, to enable them to implement and manage change more effectively.
