Strengths-Based or Asset-Based Approaches highlight the positive qualities of individuals, organisations, and communities, focusing on strengths and goals rather than solely addressing problems.

This course empowers delegates to integrate strengths-based values and principles into their work, recognising and building on the strengths of the people they work with. Delegates will develop actionable strategies to develop existing processes with a strengths-based approach. The session also addresses common misconceptions about the approach, providing tools to challenge and overcome them.
