Young single homeless black women aged 16-25 with low-medium support needs. Must have a local connection to LB Haringey. Priority to those who have been in local authority care.

Young single homeless people aged 16-24 with support needs. Priority given to people with a local connection. Must be willing to engage with the support on offer.

Young single homeless people aged 16-25.

Care leavers from the age of 15½.

Single Homeless people with a variety of housing support needs, Housing First services, women and children only homeless and domestic violence services, and a variety of tenancies and shared accommodation services. Can accept people with dogs.

Single homeless people with support needs. Prioritise applicants with a local connection to Rotherham.

Homeless people and people from other disadvantaged groups.

This service is for people who are single homeless (female and male) and are over the age of 18. They will also have at least 2 of the following: •A diagnosed or undiagnosed mental health problem •Current or past substance misuse problem (Drugs or Alcohol) •Current or recent offending history.

Adults aged 18+ who have completed detoxification and are seeking abstinence based accommodation. Some bed spaces available for individuals on prescribed medication (eg Methadone, Subutex) on a drug reduction programme, where there is no drug use on top of script.

'A Bed Every Night' (ABEN) for all people that are rough sleeping on the streets in Bury.

For 16-18 year old male and females who are homeless. Providing support and accommodation for LAC and NON LAC young people.

Single homeless women with low to medium support needs, including substance misuse, domestic violence, mental health problems. Priority given to applicants with a local connection (unless escaping domestic violence).
