Mothers and babies

Single homeless people with support needs. Priority will be given to those with a local connection to Essex. Can accept couples in a shared room. Can accommodate two people with a dog.

The Services on offer is for single homeless men/womenwith a local connection to Southwark , from social service referral or background, or Homeless Young People who have been assessed by Southwark as needing our support. Their aged is between 16-25 and in receipt of state benefit or funded via children services.

People with complex needs including substance dependency, mental health problems, offending history and homelessness history. Can accommodate men and women, 4 couples and three individuals with dogs. A local connection is required.

Single homeless people, homeless couples and homeless families with a range of support and sustaining accommodation development needs. No local connection required. No pets.

Single homeless women with support needs, including survivors, care leavers, and those with substance abuse problems who are on a support programme. Must have a local connection to LB Islington.

Young single homeless women aged 16-25 with support needs and with a local connection to any Hertfordshire borough.

Works with anyone who is either homeless or threatened with homelessness to try and enable them to stay in their homes or to help find them alternative accommodation. Prevention and advice can include:- ?Mediation in landlord and tenant disputes. ?Advice and information. ?Assistance with housing benefit enquiries and forms. ?Referrals to other agencies for support, mediation and temporary accommodation.

People with enduring mental health needs aged 18+ who have housing and support needs.

Single homeless people aged 16-65 with support needs. Local connection preferred.

Young single homeless people aged 18-25 year olds. No local connection required.

Single homeless people who are/have been rough sleeping, significant trauma, mental ill health, drug and/or alcohol misuse.
