18-65 adults with mental health support needs. 3 houses with 24 hour support. 6 houses with outreach support.

Single homeless people aged 21 and older, working full or part-time or receiving benefits such as UC, pension, etc. Lea Bridge House is a non-supported temporary accommodation. Please note applicants with support needs such as mental health, prison offences with risk, and drug and alcohol misuse will be rejected. Priority is given to applicants who meet our criteria and have been successfully interviewed and accepted from the following: 1st - London Borough of Waltham Forest Council referrals 2nd - Rough sleepers with chain numbers 3rd - Applicants in date order of applications

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 who are vulnerable and at risk with medium-high support needs. A local connection is required.

Socially excluded people with complex needs.

Single homeless men who are ready for employment. Also have 3 rooms for families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, women with children and women escaping domestic violence. Priority to applicants with a local connection to LB Newham.

Single homeless men aged 21 and above with medium to high support needs . Must have a local connection to LB Southwark.

Young single homeless people aged 16-21 with support needs. Must have a local connection to LB Waltham Forest.

16 - 65 Single Homeless. 16-25 Young Parents. 16-22 Care Leavers.

Single homeless people with low support needs. Can accept ex-offenders. Must be eligible for UK benefits, and can be in work. Must be clean from illegal substances and no problematic alcohol. Local connection not required.

Single people aged 18+ who are homeless or living in inappropriate or insecure accommodation, we provide direct access enhanced housing management, general needs and peer landlord accommodation. Applicants for our EHM accommodation should have low needs. Applicants for our peer landlord or general needs accommodation should have no active support needs.

Single homeless men and women and rough sleepers. We accept people with mental health, substance and alcohol misuse support needs. Referrals via WF Housing Services ONLY

Ashiana supports South Asian, Turkish and Middle Eastern Women at risk of VAWG; including domestic violence, sexual violence and harmful practices such as forced marriage and honour based violence.
