Single homeless people aged over 18, particularly those who have been sleeping rough. Will accept people with a range of support needs. Must have a local connection to LB Richmond.

Single homeless men aged 21+ with alcohol or drug problems, including rough sleepers and those with low-medium mental health support needs. No local connection required. Must be prepared to address their addiction in an abstinence-based rehabilitation setting. Must be eligible to Housing Benefit.

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with a local connection to Medway Council district.

Single homeless men and women with support needs, including those with alcohol, drug or mental health problems who have some existing support. Priority given to those with a local connection to Luton.

Second stage hostel, catering for residents who have progressed from1st stage hostels (106 Tennyson Road and 85 London Road). The hostel accommodates homeless women and men with support needs, including those with alcohol, drug or mental health problems who have some existing support.

Single homeless pregnant women aged between 16-25 with support needs, including those with alcohol, drug or mental health problems who have some existing support. Priority given to those with a local connection to Luton.

Single homeless men and women aged between 18-75 with support needs, including those with alcohol, drug or mental health challenges and ex-offenders. We also accept couples and working people.
