Single homeless men and women 18+ with Multiple support needs. No local connection required. No couples

Men who have been sleeping rough with an identifiable support need who are prepared to participate in a structured programme/s. Can accommodate up to three men with dogs. Applicants must have a local connection to London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

People aged over 21 who are vulnerable, in need of support and are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Single homeless people over the age of 18. Local connection required.

Single homeless people with low support needs. Must have a local connection.

Young people aged 16-24 who are homeless or unsuitably housed and have support needs. No local connection required.

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with a local connection to Brighton and Hove City Council area.

Homeless people referred by the local authority and awaiting a decision on their homeless application.

Single homeless people coming through the Rough Sleepers initiative programme.

Young single homeless people aged 16-25, or those who are vulnerable, with support needs. A local connection is required.

Single homeless men with support needs. Must have a LB Camden connection.
