Young single homeless people aged 16-25 in Brighton and Hove who are sofa-surfing, rough sleeping, needing to leave an unsafe home or facing nowhere to go. No local connection required.

Young single homeless people aged 16-25. Applicants must have a local connection to Basildon and be willing to engage in life skills, and actively engage in acquiring education, training or employment.

Young single homeless people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Single people sleeping rough, or with a recent history of sleeping out, who have mental health problems (though not necessarily a clinical diagnosis). Priority given to people with a local connection to Southwark. Target 20% women

Homeless and vulnerable women in Lambeth who have a history of unsettled accommodation and complex support needs.

History or Rough sleepers, substance misuse, offending - 18 + and referrals for LB Greenwich connection. Will need to be referred by Greenwich MOST Team

Single homeless adults aged 22 and above with support needs. Applicant must have a local connection to Lambeth.
