Young single homeless people aged 16-25 who have been nominated by North Norfolk District Council. Low support. Accept people with alcohol, drug and mental health issues. Will consider ex-offenders. Must have a local connection to North Norfolk.

Single homeless women 18+. Local connection required. Applications from women who would pose a serious risk to the safety and welfare of other tenants and staff will be refused. Women on release from a custodial environment, or subject to a Court Order, will be considered, subject to risk and needs assessment. Applicants who have a recent history of significant substance misuse (Class A drugs/alcoholism) must be participating in a programme of rehabilitation
