Young people aged 18 to 30 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and unemployed. Young people aged 18 to 30 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and unemployed. Young single homeless people aged 16-25 who have been nominated by North Norfolk District Council. Low support. Accept people with alcohol, drug and mental health issues. Will consider ex-offenders. Must have a local connection to North Norfolk.

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with low-medium support needs. No local connection required.

Young people single with support needs, multiple and complex needs. Do not specifically target the above but many service users have needs related to these categories.

Single homeless women 18+. Local connection required. Applications from women who would pose a serious risk to the safety and welfare of other tenants and staff will be refused. Women on release from a custodial environment, or subject to a Court Order, will be considered, subject to risk and needs assessment. Applicants who have a recent history of significant substance misuse (Class A drugs/alcoholism) must be participating in a programme of rehabilitation

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs. Priority may be given to applicants with a local connection to East Cambridgeshire District.

Single homeless aged 18+

Single homeless men with low to medium support needs, priority to ex-offenders. Men with addiction problems who are willing to seek to change their lifestyle. Local connection required. Abstinent Based home.

Entrenched, long term rough sleepers with low support needs. Accept people with dogs. Will consider couples. No local connection required.
