People over the age of 18 who who need intensive 24 hour mental heath support and have been referred into the service.

Single homeless people aged 16-25 with varied support needs. Applicants must have a local connection to Cambridge and be motivated to engage in training, employment or education.

Ex-offenders with local connections to the city of Cambridge.

People who need support with their mental health.

People aged 18 - 65 years old who need support with their mental health and have been referred into the service.

Single homeless women 18+. Local connection required. Applications from women who would pose a serious risk to the safety and welfare of other tenants and staff will be refused. Women on release from a custodial environment, or subject to a Court Order, will be considered, subject to risk and needs assessment. Applicants who have a recent history of significant substance misuse (Class A drugs/alcoholism) must be participating in a programme of rehabilitation

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with low to medium support needs around independent living. Applicants must be willing to engage with the support on offer.

Supports up to 44 formerly homeless people aged 18 and above. Can accept people with dogs.

Single homeless people. No local connection required. Can accept people with dogs. Priority given to rough sleepers who are locally connected.

Single people with alcohol issues and agreed recovery treatment plan. Must have a local connection to the area. Can accept people with dogs.

Single people with support needs who are ex-offenders (offences in the last 12 months/probation or community order). Must be actively seeking work, training, education or volunteering. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Cambridge City.

The Castle Service provides accommodation and support for young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
