Single homeless, over 18 male and female.

Single homeless people aged 18+. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Stevenage (at least 6 months living in the area).

Single homeless people with support needs. The project can accept people with learning difficulties, mental health problems, drug/alcohol dependency and a history of offending. Priority given to those with a local connection to Newcastle or Gateshead.

Verified rough sleepers/confirmed homeless being discharged from hospital or at risk of hospitalisation, non priority clients, can be intentionally homeless with a health need.

Young single homeless people. Priority given to people with a local connection to High Peak area. Risk assessment conducted. Harsh weather provision.

Young single homeless people with support needs. Local connection required.

Single homeless people. Can accept 2 couples. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to St Albans.

People who have applied as homeless to Welwyn & Hatfield Borough Council. Must have support needs and a local connection. Can accept couples and people (single parents or couples) with one child.

Martin House is part of the Single Homeless Pathway in St. Albans, alongside Open Door and Kent House. The aim of the project is to provide short-term supported accommodation for rough sleepers or those at risk of rough sleeping. To be eligible for this accommodation, applicants must be:- • Aged 18 years old or over. • Rough sleepers, have a history of rough sleeping or be at risk of rough sleeping or homelessness. • Requiring housing related support. • Willing to accept support and engage with staff. • Able to pay the rent though housing benefit or other means. • Have a local connection with St. Albans City and District, or Hertfordshire (priority will be given to applicants with a local connection to St. Albans City & District).

Rough sleepers, single homeless and vulnerably housed people. Priority to people with a local connection.

Young single homeless people with support needs. Local connection is prioritised. 2 bed spaces are crash pad - Emergency bed space for 16-17 year olds who are immediately homeless.

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with low to medium support needs. Those with a local connection to Hinckley and Bosworth will be prioritised.
