Single homeless people with high / medioum support needs, including people with alcohol, drug or mental health issues, ex-offenders, women with a history of sex working, people with complex needs. Must have a local connection to LB Tower Hamlets.

People aged 18 or over who are homeless and have high support needs around substance and alcohol use. Priority given to those with a local connection to LB Tower Hamlets. Registered service with CQC.

Single homeless people with medium/high support and care needs. Can accept people with a dual diagnosis. Must have a local connection to LB Tower Hamlets. Wheelchair users age 40+ can be accepted.

Single homeless women with mental health issues requiring medium to high support. Priority given to referrals made by identified Westminster mental health agencies and building-based services.

Male retired and active seafarers, ex-services personnel and single homeless men with low support needs. No local connection required.

Young single people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and in need of support and hosted accommodation. Young adults 21 to 35 years old for Tenancy and Homelessness Prevention support only. No local connection required.

Supported accommodation spaces funded by LBN to deliver support to single adults with low / medium support needs.

All spaces are funded by LBN to deliver support to 18-25 homeless young people with low support needs.

Anyone 18 and older who has come through the council referral system.

Single Vulnerable Adults with Complex Mental Health Needs. Must have a local connection to LB Lambeth.

Intensive housing management for low to Medium risk single homeless customers who will be required to engage with staff and the services offered. Customers who have a local connection to Derbyshire.

Single young people who are registered as homeless with the local authority, or at risk of being homeless, and must be referred through the counties START referral process. The local authority has 100% nomination right and all referrals come through this process.
