Supported accommodation spaces funded by LBN to deliver support to single adults with low / medium support needs.

We work exclusively with homeless men and women who have served at least one day in the British Military. Can accept people with dogs, maximum of 2 dogs at any one time.

People aged 18 or over who are homeless and have high support needs around substance and alcohol use. Priority given to those with a local connection to LB Tower Hamlets. Registered service with CQC.

People who have been rough sleeping.

Homeless young people with a range of support needs. Must have a local connection to Croydon.

People with enduring mental health needs aged 18+ who have housing and support needs.

Verified rough sleepers/confirmed homeless being discharged from hospital or at risk of hospitalisation, non priority clients, can be intentionally homeless with a health need.

People who have been homeless and completed an assessment at Jason Lee House. Must have a local connection to Redbridge.

Homeless people with medium-high mental health support needs and a local connection to Wandsworth. The project accepts people with dual diagnosis. Can accept people with dogs.

People aged 18+ who are homeless, threatened with homelessness, or whose current accommodation is not meeting their needs, and are recognised as having support needs, including multiple needs.

Homeless men and women with low-support needs. Can accept limited number of NRPF clients. Do not accept couples or pets.

Single homeless people aged 18-30 with low support needs who are willing to access training or employment opportunities. Must have a local connection to LB Croydon.
