People over the age of 18 who live in Derbyshire and have been referred by a local crisis team.

Young single homeless people aged 18-25 with low to medium support needs. Priority given to those with a local connection to LB Hillingdon.

Single men and women over 18 who are experiencing homelessness. Local connection with Erewash Borough Council area required.

Single people, who have experienced homelessness. All applicants must have a local connection to Derbyshire. Can accept people with dogs.

For people with housing needs plus other challenges such as accessing benefits, employment/education/training, support to access specialist services such as drug/alcohol misuse, mental ill-health.

People who are street homeless with a local connection to Gloucestershire. This is a direct-access, ‘first-step’ service providing short-term accommodation and support to exit the streets safely and sustainably. Can accept people with dogs.

People aged 18 - 60 years old who are experiencing homelessness and have been verified as rough sleeping by the local council.

People over the age of 18 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and have low-medium support needs.

Young single homeless people aged 16-18 with additional support needs. Must have a local connection to LB Hillingdon. This hostel only accepts referrals from Hillingdon Social Services.

Single homeless adults , including people sleeping rough , Local connection required.can support with reconnection to local area.

Young single people aged 16-21 who are homeless or in danger of becoming homeless. Lancashire's connection prioritised. The Charity can accommodate Former Relevant Care leavers aged between 21-25.
