Young single people aged 16-21 who are homeless or in danger of becoming homeless. Those with a local connection will be prioritised. The charity can accommodate former relevant care leavers aged between 21-25.

Single homeless people with no support needs. Priority is given to applicants who meet our criteria who have been successfully interviewed and accepted from the following: 1st - London Borough of Waltham Forest Council referrals ? 2nd - Rough sleepers with chain numbers ? 3rd - Applicants in date order of applications

Young single people aged 16-25 in housing need with a local connection to Welwyn Hatfield District. Can accept parent with a baby under 6 months old.

Supported accommodation for single homeless people under 25. The Project also has 11 self-contained flats for those who are involved with CYPS and starter tenancies.

Single homeless people with services in Medway and Maidstone. This includes some specialist ex-offender services. No animals allowed. Local connection not always required depending on service. Enquire to find out more.

6 places for 18+ single homeless and 6 places for families.

Single homeless people aged 16-25 who are vulnerable, including care leavers and ex-offenders. Applicants must have a local connection to Colchester.

Vulnerable young single homeless people aged 16-25 with low to medium support needs. Applicants must have a local connection to Braintree.

Single homeless people and homeless families who are being assessed by Braintree District Council as to whether they have a duty to house them. All applicants must have a local connection. Can accept couples.

People with generic support needs around homelessness, substance use, alcohol use, mental health. Clients must have a connection to the Borough of Islington.

Single homeless people aged 18+ with support needs. Must be willing to engage with the support service. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Braintree District Council area.

Single people aged 18+ who are homeless or living in inappropriate or insecure accommodation, we provide direct access enhanced housing management, general needs and peer landlord accommodation. Applicants for our EHM accommodation should have low needs. Applicants for our peer landlord or general needs accommodation should have no active support needs.
