Single people over 16 and families. 32 units 1/2 bedroomed houses & flats dispersed.

Single people who are homeless or in housing need. No local connection required.

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs.

Must be a verified rough sleeper; ideally from Wandsworth or strong links to Wandsworth. Medium support needs; need to be able to engage consistently but have a level of independence too as staff are not on site 24 hours. Support needs include mental health (anxiety / depression ) & substance misuse.

Anyone over 18 who is homeless and has a local connection.

Young single people aged(17 with a social worker) 18-24 with low-medium support needs who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Applicants must be willing to engage with the support and training service. Local connection required.

Young single homeless people aged 16-21. 2 units for teenage single parents. No local connection required.

Young single homeless people or those at risk of homelessness, aged 16 - 21. Local connection required.

Single people with support needs who are ex-offenders (offences in the last 12 months/probation or community order). Must be actively seeking work, training, education or volunteering. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Cambridge City.

Currently, do not have any accommodation. Only offer an outreach and support service.

Single homeless people. Local connection required. Can accept people with dogs.

Young single homeless people aged 16-25. Prioritise applicants with a local connection to North Tyneside.
