Single homeless people aged 18+ with support needs. Must be willing to engage with the support service. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Braintree District Council area.

Single people aged 18+ who are homeless or living in inappropriate or insecure accommodation, we provide direct access enhanced housing management, general needs and peer landlord accommodation. Applicants for our EHM accommodation should have low needs. Applicants for our peer landlord or general needs accommodation should have no active support needs.

Single homeless people wishing to address substance missuse. Must be eligible for benefits. Applicants must have a local connection to LB Lewisham.

Anyone who would benefit from living in a community setting, including single homeless people. Note this is a dry house.

Anyone who would benefit from living in a community setting, including single homeless people, and people with mental health or addiction problems. No local connection required.

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with medium-high support needs.

Young single people aged 18 to 25 years with support needs and in housing need

Single homeless people aged 16-24 with low to medium support needs.

16-25 year old young people with support needs. Must have been living in Salford for previous two years. Also have a parent and child unit for parents with a single child under 2. Route 29 Flats are for young people referred by Social Services and Route 29 only.
